Branding — make VenueOS yours
Paste your website and VenueOS pulls your logo, colors, and fonts — then puts them everywhere, from the dashboard to every template.
Your screens should look like your organization, not like software. Branding takes about a minute.
Set it up
- Open Settings → Brand your CMS → Configure.
- Paste your website address. We visit it and pull your logo, brand colors, and fonts automatically.
- Review what we found — swap the logo, adjust a color, or pick different fonts if you like.
- Save.
No website yet? Skip the paste and set logo, colors, and fonts by hand in the same place.
Where your brand shows up
- The dashboard itself — your logo and palette replace ours, so the tool feels in-house.
- Templates — every color picker in the builder offers Brand primary and Brand accent presets, and brand-aware presets adopt your palette.
- AI designs — boards you generate come back in your colors with your logo placed, not generic clip-art styling.
Apply it to existing templates
Already built templates before branding? Use Apply brand to templates to sweep your palette across them in one pass — then spot-check each board, since hand-tuned colors are respected rather than bulldozed.
Districts and multi-location groups
Each location can carry its own branding (a district's schools each with their own mascot and colors), or inherit the parent's — set it per location in that location's Settings.
